These terms are the rules for using Gradient Camera. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website.
Using Gradient Camera
We give you a personal licence to use the app on your own Apple devices. Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies, unless these terms say something different. You may not copy the app, take it apart, sell it, or use it to break the law.
What you make belongs to you
You own your photos, your gradients and your moments. We do not claim them. Gradient makes them on your phone, and we do not store them. You are responsible for what you make and what you share.
Free and Pro
You can use Gradient free every day, up to a daily limit that the app shows you. Pro removes the limit and adds more looks and sizes. You can buy Pro with a monthly or a yearly subscription, or once with Lifetime. The App Store shows the price in your country before you pay.
- You pay through your Apple account. Apple takes the payment.
- A subscription renews on its own until you cancel it. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before it renews.
- If a free trial is offered, it ends on its own and the paid plan starts, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Lifetime is paid once and does not renew.
- Apple decides refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Invites
If you invite friends, you can earn extra free gradients, up to the limit that the app shows. We can change or end the invite reward. We can also remove rewards that came from cheating or from fake accounts.
The app and this website, as they are
We work hard to make Gradient Camera good, but we give it to you as it is. We do not promise that it will always work, that it has no mistakes, or that it fits your needs. We may change it, add to it or stop it. If we stop it, we will say so first where we can.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data, lost profit or indirect harm that comes from using the app. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you and that cannot be removed.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app.
